I just wanted to take a moment to introduce my favorite massage therapist, the very talented Liz Cole!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Liz for over a year now. She's been helping me get my patients better and helping them to feel better every day. She's been especially helpful with some very challenging injuries from car accidents. Liz is super talented and adept at multiple massage therapy techniques. In my office she uses deep tissue, or medical massage which is effective at reducing muscle spasm, decreasing pain, and increasing range of motion. Liz is knowledgeable with stretching techniques as well, she’s skilled at proprioceptive neuro-muscular facilitation (or PNF). She’s showed me myofascial releases that have even made me a better Chiropractor!
You can schedule appointments with Liz in my office for just $60. Certain insurances cover massage therapy. If you were in an accident your insurance may cover Chiropractic and massage at no cost to you! Massage can really compliment Chiropractic care. Dr. Darren is-by far-the best chiropractor (5 in number) under which I have received therapy! A person can use a chiropractor for one of two main reasons: to get adjustments after an accident, or as a lifestyle to maintain a healthier skeletal frame. He not only is a talented adjuster, but is concerned with the entire frame of my body from head to foot. He is not just about spinal adjustments. If you need help with knees, arms, and shoulders, he knows exactly what to do. Also, Dr. Darren bases his adjustments on mobility and flexibility. Not all chiropractors make adjustments with this in mind. Many will only work the neck and spine for strength and alignment and leave hips knees and shoulders to fend for themselves. Dr. Hollander wants his patients to be as mobile and flexible as possible, providing a more youthful body with which to operate. The very heart of your writing while sounding agreeable at first, did not really settle well with me after some time. Someplace within the paragraphs you were able to make me a believer but just for a while. I however have a problem with your jumps in assumptions and one might do nicely to fill in those breaks. In the event you actually can accomplish that, I would definitely be impressed.
